If you want clients...
You can't just "write copy."
You have to "direct copy."
That's because more and more companies want people who know how to write "visual -first" copy.
And that means, you need to know how to write copy that converts... as a video.
And despite what most people think, writing copy with the visuals in mind is completely different from just writing "the copy."
(and ChatGPT is still really bad at it)
That's because social media is changing, and people are watching very specific types of videos that were MADE for Social Media.
And there's a very specific way to "write for a screen", and unfortunately, a lot of "old school" copy techniques won't cut it.
Back then, they had to worry about eye relief and spacing...
But now, you have to consider a while lot more:
- The copy
- The visuals
- The sound design
- The cadence
- The rhythm
- The theme
- The talent
- The cultural zeitgeist
- ...and a whole lot more.
So unless you want to spend $60,000,000+ to figure it out yourself...
