Biggest takeaways are that using your sales system you were able to help the company scale to 1.4m by the 4th month of being in business. That's incredible. Also, that we won't find good sales seasoned sales people looking for work, we have to create them.

Powerful!!! Organized and sequential. A- always have an agenda B- listen well C- go deep in pain points D- Stock the frame and don't Break the frame. Get info ask questions. E- Be confident not needy. F- Do the timeline so they see it. Be aware of the subtle ways anyone can fall into being sellsy. Rather have them sell themselves to you. Thank you Dylan

My take away from the first video: The ICS model seems totally awesome. I love that an opportunity to scale and to help eachother win is key. Lastly that somehow Teaming up can increase profits for everyone. Since I love sales in looking to become great at it and see how I can scale and help others as well.
