Anniversary
November 1st 馃 will be our 2 years anniversary. I may not have lost the weight I would have liked, but you gave me so much more.
I now know how to set boundaries
(most of the time 馃榾)
I have gained confidence, especially when I am in confrontations. My stomach doesn鈥檛 go in knots.
I鈥檝e became a better version of me. I鈥檓 not quite 馃挴 but I have the confidence now to know it is possible
Thanks for always believing in me when nobody else did 馃槉
