I'm curious what recipe y'all are using for Seitan in the meal plan?
I finally got all the supplies in the mail for the challenge and then noticed a lot of the recipes call for Homemade Seitan as an ingredient and I wasn't quite sure what product/recipe I wanted to use.
Do you think a store-bought Seitan would work too? Or is there a specific recipe/product that is recommended that fits the meal plan? I'm thinking of trying this Upton's Seitan... Any tips would be great, thanks!! 馃尡
