The most essential thing that separates the "normal" people from the elites is the inputs that they allow in to their attention. A fundamental change will happen in your life an consciousness if you start today to integrate a new type of perspective into your daily life.
That one thing is Systems Thinking. It is a massively powerful tool to master. I would argue that this is the reason we still have masters. The elite are trained in Systems Thinking but not you. But there is nothing stopping you to becoming an elite Systems Thinker.
