A) Set up meeting to “explore upgrades” aka bring to reality
B) Send comps via mail/email to not waste time
C) Add to Drip Campaigns and followup in X months
D) Ignore and on to the next.
This is circle prospecting a neighborhood when I have a Buyer/Seller Past Client of mine in a neighborhood I’ve door knocked quarterly for 3yrs+ [calendars, extra buyers, home valuations, reverse mortgage campaign, etc]
Just started building database and it’s built so much confidence in my expertise
