Do you recommend building an audience to fit your brands niche before producing, promoting, or launching your first collection?

Just got photos sent from my manufacture what y’all think? The face is our main logo and I decided to do no pocket on the hoodie so we can really use the whole front for the patch. What y’all think no pocket the move or nah ? I personally like no pocket just for this specific hoodie but I wanna know what everyone else thinks.
