I want your opinions on this

So this next collection Im dropping is largely f&f nascar inspired and one of the statement SKUs is a button up work shirt with a lot of embroidery hits and hardware elements. So im using the "mechanic/workwear" theme to tell a story and market but Im curious, would you as a potential customer be at all less inclined to buy if we portrayed the items in a "low class" light before showing it in a "high end streetwear" light.

in other words, would seeing the items beforehand worn by a character representing low class influence your decision in buying EVEN if the products are displayed as high end streetwear afterward?
