Perception is small picture, Perspective is big picture. Perception is interpreting situations based on experiences and emotions, Perspective is a broad view of situations from a particular angle. Perspective allows us to take a step back and look at the forest from the trees. It allows us to think through things better and improve our positioning over the long run. Perception can change from tweaks to the environment and outside input. Perspective is difficult to change because it is well internalized thinking. Perspective is a choice. It changes everything. Like LEGO blocks that are scattered but ready to be put together to build any type of structure, so is the human potential. You have experience and energy. Hope is the foundation for all change. Hope pulls us forward to that desired destination in the future. If hope goes, everything goes! Without genuine hope there is nothing to strive for. No goals to aim at. No sense of optimism and no need for resilience. Hope is power and not the other way around. You give someone hope, you empower them to take action to change their life’s trajectory. You take someone’s hope away, you give them a death sentence - no power, no purpose, no nothing! f you find yourself stagnant or stranded for too long, revisit two questions: 1) Are you truly aligned with what you are spending time on? If it’s a yes, it’s a no! It should always be a hell yes!! Be brutally honest. Be crystal clear. 2) Are you continuing to play small and are lacking courage to overcome inertia in your life? Courage is not being fearless, it’s acting despite being fearful.
