Mindset Overview
The mindset portion is two-fold. first you have the beliefs that create your everyday mindset and second you have the meditation practices that allow you to program and rewrite programs that are holding you back. The key to this is learning to slow your brainwaves down allowing you to go into a stronger neurophysiological state ("alpha state"). In this state you are able to use more of your mind and truly tap into some of the deepest powers of your mind!
