Remote job or an on-site job

Based on your experience, would you recommend a remote or on-site job? My last two jobs were remote, but I've recently received an offer for an on-site position. I'm hesitant to accept it because I'm concerned it might limit my growth as a developer, and I'm unsure if I can maintain the discipline required in an on-site environment.

P.S. Wish me luck! I have another interview scheduled for September 3rd with one of the largest IT companies in Pakistan.
