My daily achievement
  1. Productive morning: Today I woke up at 7 am ✅
  2. Organize my Task : ( learn microservices , learn English for IELTS test, publish on linkedin or university of code , workout, reading session) ✅️
  3. 15 mins of learning:❌️
  4. Get coding: same as yesterday✅
  5. Workout : ✅
  6. lend a hand: James Clear : " The 1st law of behavior change is make it obvious ---(cue) Creating an implementation intention is a strategy you can use to pair a new habit with  a specific time and location The 2nd law is make it attractive---- (craving)The more attractive an opportunity is the more likely it is to become habit forming ,  finally use a habit tracker ( simple way to measure whether you did a habit like marking an X on a calendar )and  don't break the chain  try to keep your habit streak alive Its like a dopamine driven feedback loop when dopamine rises  so does our motivation to act. the 3rd law make it Easy--- (response) The 4th law make it satisfying (human  are more likely to repeat a behavior when the experience is satisfying) ----(reward)"
