There are no repercussions. What's said here, stays here. This room is now the new Vegas. Nothing that is said or shared here will come back to haunt you later. We live in a world filled with repercussions. Have you ever shared your heart or opinion with someone, and later it was used against you? You felt like your very words became weapons. You made a decision in that moment: never again. You stopped speaking your heart, your truth, out of fear of repercussions. We often walk around bottled up in our feelings and thoughts, unsure where to share without fear of backlash. Here, the only reason to revisit a conversation later is to lift you up. Together, we are raising the bar of communication. Let’s talk about limiting beliefs. No one has a perfect childhood. It's the meaning we attach to our experiences that shape us. The problem is the beliefs we form about ourselves as children don’t get upgraded as we grow. We become adults running on outdated software, carrying limiting beliefs that affect everything—from the schools we choose, to the jobs we apply for, to the relationships we enter. It’s intolerable to me for anyone to live in emotional pain when you don’t have to. Let’s start shedding these layers imposed by our parents, family, society, or anyone else. Let’s go back to who we were born to be...you be you.
