As Captivating/community builders we do our best to show up with a smile on our face and sometimes the behind the scenes is not the presentation, the offer stack, the KPI's ect. but it is what is going on in our own lives. Writing helps me and for those of you who are dealing with a 'parenting schedule' as you build your Captivating life/community here are my words, my lyrics.
