Entrepreneurial Potty Training?
For all those non-excel spreadsheet community builders who want to gamify their daily tasks. Stickers from the dollar store, to do list printed out and room to put the stickers once the task is completed each day! What is a #1, #2 or # 3 for your business/community building these days? List them below. Don't be shy ๐Ÿ™ƒ I've listed mine for examples.

Went from Single Digit to Double - 10 members on SKOOL ๐Ÿ˜„
What's your biggest or smallest win on Skool so far? 10 is not a big number. But it's a start! 10 also means momentum is building, 10 also means we are not alone, 10 means we are a COMMUNITY! A small result indeed. But the small results in the beginning mean a lot. What's your biggest or smallest win on Skool so far?

Short Form Video CTA's
I would appreciate your feedback on what 'call to actions' you are currently using/would suggest when creating short form videos. I have included my first video in a series I am calling 'Inflation Bites' where we meet 'Wednesday Adams' at the Grocery Store. Thanks very much!

Leaderboards and Choosing Rewards
Anyone remember the story when you were a kid about the little engine that said 'I think I can...'? Well, I will get back to that engine at the end of my post. How are you choosing what benefits to offer each of your community levels? Have you changed them due to community growth/feedback from your community and others? I'm all for the points system as I have used my credit card points for many things but with some gathering points is not worth the effort as the time spent to attain the points doesn't seem like a value to me. As I grow my community, I am wanting to make sure that my members get value for their efforts and contributions but at the same time don't feel as though they are spending more time than needed to wait until their post, or comments get enough likes ect to put a smile on the Skool Algorithm. So as one of many who have joined the 'Skool Train' it would be great to hear how you are creating benefits at each level so that your community members are getting to the top of the mountain with a smile on their face and they are coming back to the community more often than just when they are reminded each fall that it is time to 'Go back to (insert community name) Skool'. Now the 'call back' - stand up comedy word ๐Ÿ˜… I am sure we all want our community members to go from 'I think I can' to 'I thought I could' when they go from level 1 all the way to level 9. Don't you?

Boring Old About Page
Now that we can see data on 'About Page' opens and conversion numbers I was wondering if this will give you incentive to put on your creative hat and go against the grain of all the 'guru' trainings if those numbers are not where you want them. I'm taking the leap! Wouldn't you rather have more people sign up b/c they want to see what is behind door #1, #2, or #3 (Let's make a deal reference...) or spill all the beans in an old page narrative that most people won't even read? Or do you stick to past trainings until what you were 'told works' actually works?
