Thoughts on Service Delivery
I need to be able to make the community with as little friction as humanly possible to maintain a look of professionalism. They should be in awe of how much I can do for them without asking anything unless I need permission for some of their important intellectual property. I need to ask as little of them as possible to make our work very smooth and to increase co-operation, but under no circumstances can they be in the dark about anything I do. The solution is to send them a daily progress report listing everything done for them. This also means that I have to work fast enough so they can be impressed. Remember that the more impressed they are the more likely I am to get referred to their content creator friends.
