The JKA was truly at its best under the direction of Nakayama Shihan. πββοΈ
I've been lucky enough to train with many of these great Sensei and I must say that the technical, spiritual and power level that they have reached is just extraordinary!
They are all so inspiring. π
Let's keep training!!!
