Welcome to Epic Transformation! I'm glad you're here!
My name is Eben and I'm a 55 year-old IT professional. During 2023 I went through some extremely difficult personal times, suffering extreme heartbreak, a descent into very destructive alcoholism, and the loss of purpose, motivation, discipline, everything I held dear, and the desire to continue forward in life. I thought I'd reached the end of the road.
Little did I know that this was the best thing that ever happened to me! During the darkest days of that dark valley, I couldn't see the forest for the trees. I didn't understand what was happening with me, or why. By a miracle, the same one we all have access to, everything began to change. I learned a new way to approach life, and my relationship with myself. The end result was that the old man no longer existed. A new man had been born.
I created this group to share the way this happened and what I did, in order to help you emerge from your dark valley and into a new, amazing life!
