First of all, a move that's most likely brilliant is a move which can force a checkmate or just make us achieve better position, so you better try heading towards those moves for a brilliant one. A brilliant move can also be one which can absolutely turn the tides of the game, not only you achieving better position, but also being up in material and even a forced draw can be brilliant sometimes. For example, in my old chess.com account I drawed a game, and the engine saw my draw move as a brilliant move.
