🤝 Promote yourself, services, website, group, etc...
I think it's fair to have a dedicated post where we allow anyone to promote their own services, or whatever thing is important for the world to know about your business. Note that this community is open (not private) so your message/link might be crawled by search engines, which of course is great for SEO purposes. Also please note that this will be the only place where you can do so, spamming on other posts is strictly prohibited.

Should I resize my images when uploading through the theme editor?
The short answer is: NO Also, another question regarding images that I often get is: "What format should I use, JPG or PNG?" The answer is: It doesn't matter, but if you need transparency of course you must use the PNG format. If you'd like to know a bit more read below. So, as we all know, Shopify services are very powerful, including their Image APIs. Unless you are using a very bad theme (or a very old one), actually you don't need to do any image resizing or format alterations. That's because Shopify handles it automatically for you. But, this "power" is managed by the theme. It's the theme's job to correctly crop images according to the user's screen resolution (mobile/tablet/desktop) and serve the adequate image size. For the second question, Shopify CDN now serves images by default in the "WEBP" format, which is a new image format that provides superior compression and is adapted for web usage. So it doesn't matter if you upload your images in PNG or JPG or any other format, the Shopify CDN will try to serve those images in this new "WEBP" format. So to conclude, always upload the highest quality image possible, including product images, and Shopify, through the theme, will handle resizing and image formatting for you. Note: Shopify has a limit for image uploads. The maximum allowed dimensions are 5000x5000 pixels and the maximum size is 20 MB. Usually, I prefer images with dimensions of around 2000-3000px Lastly, I have noticed also that some store owners have very bad quality product photos (with dimensions less than 500px), which creates issues like the inability for Shopify to correctly crop them, and as a result, these images will look weird on collection pages. Do you have anything else unclear about your images?! Comment below

Free or Premium Shopify theme. What to choose?
Since I get this question a lot I think it's wise to share a few important points that can help you make a better decision when choosing a theme for your next Shopify project. Also, since we are here at Skool, we like to keep things simple and on point. Here are my thoughts about this. You should choose a Free Shopify Theme if: - You are just starting and you need to test your idea first. - You don't know yet if your products/service will find product/market fit. - You don't have any experience with Shopify and e-commerce in general. - You don't prefer to spend money (at least not yet), then the default Shopify theme (Dawn) is a good start, but you may try our free theme which might feel easier and has more customization options You should choose a Premium Shopify Theme if: - Your e-commerce store is already generating sales. - You have found product/market fit and need to level up your Shopify store. - You want to get the most from your store by increasing CVR and AOV (conversion rates & average order value) by utilizing advanced strategies like quantity breaks, cart upsells, shipping thresholds, etc. - User experience is important for you and you need to convey your brand professionalism. Also, as a final level, I think it makes sense to lay down some points on where to hire a developer to build a custom Shopify store specific to your unique needs. You should choose these options if: - Your store is generating $10k+ per month (or you are 100% sure that it will) - You have an established and well-defined brand. - Your brand message, colors, typography, style, etc is on top of your priority and you must ensure that every part of your store is in line with it. - You are working with a professional design agency and they will create a professional Figma-designed store, which after the Shopify developer will have to custom-code everything for you.

As an SEO and marketing expert, I'm thrilled with KondaSoft's themes. They're simply fantastic! If you follow a few basic rules, you can achieve incredible speed with them - a crucial factor for successful websites. In my work, I regularly optimize themes for my clients, but KondaSoft's products make my job significantly easier. I can immediately offer my clients the perfect theme, which led me to purchase all of them. What makes KondaSoft stand out: 1. Outstanding performance 2. SEO-friendliness 3. Easy handling 4. Versatility for various client requirements 5. Unbeatable value for money 6. I've been searching for such high-quality themes for a long time and know only a few providers who deliver comparable quality - certainly not at this attractive price. It's simply incredible what you get for your money here. A big thank you to KondaSoft for these great themes. I'm already very excited about the new theme "Dawn", which is set to release in November. For anyone looking to create professional, fast, and SEO-optimized websites, KondaSoft's themes are an absolute recommendation. They have revolutionized my work, and I'm sure they'll impress you too!
