BOIR report completion- File ASAP!‼️
Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) Don't forget to complete your report.... If you have a business in the United States , avoid making this mistake that will cost you $500 per day🤯… As of January 1st, millions of small businesses will need to file a beneficial ownership information report with FinCEN, a branch with the U.S. Department of Treasury. If you formed a S CORP OR C CORP or a LLC, a BOI is required unless you’re exempt. 📝If you registered your business PRIOR to Jan 1, 2024, you have 1 year to complete this report, until January 1, 2025. 📝If you filed on or after January 1, 2024, you have to file within 90 days of receiving your actual or public records of your formation. You will file via the FinCENs BOI e-filing portal at https://boiefiling.fincen.gov. The primary purpose of this report is to avoid or prevent companies that are money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, etc. Don’t get caught not filing this form and end up having to pay $500 fees. It’s not difficult to complete so no need to pay anyone unless your tax preparer is doing it for you, etc. Also, don’t forget to file your annual reports or pay your fees for your LLC to remain in active status: Here is a helpful link: https://www.llcuniversity.com/llc-annual-fees-by-state/ Here is a video I created exactly how to complete the report. 24HR Late Payment Removal Method(Experian)👨🏽‍💻💨🚀
*Disclaimer. This is something that worked for me. Not promising that it’ll work for you but you should definitely give it a shot and just run the play. Also, I only had one late payment reported not sure if this method will be just as effective with multiple lates but hey, still give it a shot 🤷🏽‍♂️ Step 1️⃣ Call the company that you have the late payment with and ask them to email you your payment ledger that you have with their company Step 2️⃣ Upload the payment ledger into adobe acrobat and go to the date where you missed the payment and edit it from $0 to whatever your payment was suppose to be for that month. Save it to your files , you will attach the edited copy to your dispute 👀 Step 3️⃣ -Login into your Experian app -Click the button in the top right corner -Click help center -Click file a dispute -Click start a new dispute -Click the account with the late payment -Click start a dispute -Select “other reason” -Select “no, I don’t believe this is identity theft” -In the comment box put 👇🏽 “I was never late on this account. I spoke with a manager who also stated that I was never late and provided me with the payment ledger proving my on time payment history. Please remove the late payment ASAP.” -Upload your ID, Social, Utility bill , and your edited payment ledger This is what I did to get the late removed. Took them 1 day to remove it after filing the dispute. I don’t have time frame proof but I wouldn’t lie to y’all. If it takes them longer to remove yours well just hope that it gets removed. Also, feel free to try it on the other 2 bureaus. Note 📝 : ONLY do this method for accounts you DO NOT want to ever remove. You’re agreeing that the account is yours and you’re proving that the account is yours by sending them the payment ledger. Please don’t try to double back with the breach or IT method, you will look crazy 😂 better to go the consumer law or m2 route if this doesn’t work
