Good morning #TVA crew! βοΈ Win for the day: I have very much struggled with my early mornings lately. If you know me, I typically wake up around 4:30/5am. I really use the 5-7am(ish) hours for "me". Some days that consists of catching up work right away. Some days its getting a sweat in and honestly, some days its for just sitting there with my thoughts and some coffee! π
Well, today I was up & at it by 4:30! ππΌ If you have struggled with early mornings too, there is a book that I HIGHLY recommend to friends when they ask about early mornings and routines.
