I found sourdough in 2023. I have been GF for YEARS and heard sourdough wouldn't bother my gut so i decided to give it a try! Little did I know it would quickly become one of my favorite hobbies, and in some ways a newfound passion of mine. I am an extremely busy entrepreneur that has a husband, 2 kids (both with extracurricular activities), 5 dogs, and a crazy busy schedule. If I can find time to bake sourdough - so can you!
When I started my sourdough journey, it was overwhelming to say the least. There were so many big words, crazy techniques, and a lot of just random NOISE. It was hard to know where to start or find a process that wasn't 1400 steps long and hard to understand.
The Sourdough Files is a community that SIMPLIFIES sourdough through step by step guided courses - so literally anyone can do it - ANYONE! If you follow the recipes, and don't overthink it - I promise, you'll become a better sourdough baker than you ever thought possible!
