I'm putting together a list of eight launch partners as suggested, but can anyone give me some additional insight as to what you are suggesting for the short episode vs the long episode?

I'm trying to access podcastprofitlab.co and the links aren't working for me. Anyone else having that issue?

Going though the classroom materials within the community (if you haven't checked it out- I highly recommend you do). The tools that are mentioned (alone) could be a tripwire offer from somebody else, but here Jamie and Angel is providing value for free- Anyway, I do not have my own podcast (highly contemplating on launching one), however I just had my first podcast appearance last week! More scheduled, and super stoked about it. How about you? Have you booked any podcast interviews since joining the community?

So for our games we run we have a cancellation policy just to avoid trolls or people being flaky but we recently have and a vote on a new no show policy, it's running on a 2 strike system where if you miss 2 meeting time without letting us know why on a 3rd missed meeting we send a $45 invoice as a inconvenience fee. Not something I really wanted to do but it's become a problem. My question is what do you guys feel about that? Is 3 strikes to much? We've also cut down our waiting times from waiting the. Whole meeting to a 15 window for no shows.
