I'm someone who will pretty much always get a little nervous when doing public speaking like lives or recordings. I've been told that I hide it well and people have said they'd never have known I was nervous but I feel like I talk really fast...
So I'm working on trying to 'shake out the nerves' before appearing on podcasts. So far I've tried dancing it out and meditating/breath work but I'm also looking for some new ideas to try.
How do you get rid of your nerves and slow things down?
