This is the best book I've ever read...you can have it for FREE.
You've probably never heard of it.
It's called "How to run your own life" by Jut Meininger.
It's out of print now and very hard to get hold of but there are a couple of copies on eBay for $60. I paid well over £100 for a copy back in 2020, oh well. One of the best investments I've ever made.
As you can see, I've made a lot of notes in this book. It’s one book I constantly go back to even to this day.

What's the book about?
It's a book grounded in the theory behind Transactional Analysis. Each chapter is a based on a scenario that you will encounter many times throughout your life. There is also an alien involved.
If you never listen to another thing I say after this, go and read it. But don't just read it. Print it off, make notes and read it over and over again.
Make it your bible.
If you let it, it will change your life.
