I mildly tweaked my hammy yesterday on the track running sprints.
I was feeling amazing, light, and definitely fast.
I’m not sure if why this actually happened but it was as mild of a pull as you can have.
A bit frustrating but I should be back to sprinting next week.
In the mean time, loads of isometrics, concentrics and light jogging to maintain conditioning.
I will “rest” to, because that is important, but more of an active rest. Meaning, nothing intense. More maintenance, much less volume, and ice/heat.
