First Guest Smoking
Hey Guys, so my first guest on Airbnb was booked through Airbnb.org. For those who don’t know what this is(I didn’t know what it was before they booked) it’s basically just Airbnb but charitable organizations can book your place and Airbnb will waive all fees.
So a company called Gulf Coast Jewish Community Services booked my place for refugees 3 weeks to house refugees coming from Honduras that are moving to the country. They don’t speak English. And my minut detector gave me an alert that there was smoking in the living room…
I’ve seen seans videos on how you deal with this, but I wanted to see if anyone had some extra tips or advice on how to go about this and whether I should go through Airbnb resolutions or the guest. The only proof I have so far is that the minut detector went off.
