It is life's unexpected changes that cause us to fall off track with our fitness plan. When life changes happen we are very good at adapting to them when it comes to our family, our career, and our faith, however we are terrible at adapting when it comes to our health. Fitness becomes the thing we plan to get to later. The problem with that, is that you will not be able to show up as the best version of yourself to any of those top priorities, if your health is not a priority now.
