My name is Calista and I currently live in the southwest of the USA 🌞
I have used Insight Timer for many many years for my own meditation practice but I'm not a teacher on the app yet.
I am a live performing musician (guitarist & vocalist) so I'm really excited to use my music skills to create my own meditations & meditation music (and just good vibe music in general). I am happy to be here! 😊
