Hello everyone,
Long time lurcher, first time poster :)
My name is Jake. I live in Scotland. I am a breathwork coach/facilitator. 2019 - 2021 I was in a rough spot, breathwork saved my life.
Since then I've been sharing it with anyone who will listen, I've been flirting with Insight timer since 23 but then I saw Doug's earning video and that really woke me up to the potential of the platform.
I have been trying to put some more time and energy into it. Id love to get 1k followers by the end of the year.
