Bon Giorno, a tutti! My name is Clay Neves and I am VP of Enrollment at Universal Accounting Center, located in Draper Utah. I manage a department of 15 (and growing) telephone sales pros working remotely from their home offices throughout the US. We create and empower Accounrepreneurs. We are a post-secondary vocational school specializing in accounting-related certifications in Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation and Advisory Services for small business clients. We also provide comprehensive training, support and coaching in building the premier accounting firm beyond themselves for 1-2 years, even after certification. I love helping our students become as powerful in SELLING their accounting skills as they are in providing them. I'm hoping to mastermind with other professionals and continue to learn best sales practices and strategies. There is always so much to learn. Maybe I can also share some things I've learned along the way. Over 40 years of experience in Sales Management, I've probably helped some salesperson through some problem or opportunity that you may be dealing with. It's the ART and SCIENCE of getting clients. The ART makes it FUN. The SCIENCE makes it CERTAIN.
