Podcast Guesting
Hey Everyone!
I just finished a interview with someone who was amazing and I was her FIRST podcast ever (even though she's been doing her thing for a long time). She was a great guest with an amazing program and I want to support her getting onto other podcasts. Her name is Jasmyne Chandler and is a teen life coach and has an organization called Guided Passages where mentors teens and young adults, and hold retreats for them. Second, she and I spoke about the importance of and beauty of all of the different types of coaching available to people now, so I thought I'd mention mine as well. My program is The Thriving Mama program and I also have The Thriving Mama podcast where I help moms go from exhausted, overwhelmed, and anxious moms transform into energetic, happy, and confident women drawing from my 2 decades of experience in Functional Medicine and almost a decade of emotional, spiritual, and trauma training. So much of what I do is emotional work, nervous system regulation, and helping women reclaim who they are on a foundation of healthy lifestyle practices.
