What I’ve found is when I have a clear plan / schedule it gives me structure/ a solid foundation & also I’ve found my ability to follow a simple plan always by default .. improves my business and personal life and has me feeling the best / sharpest I’ve ever felt.. so cheers to the new year, let’s get to work !
