definition : the physical, mental and behavioral changes an organism experiences over a 24 hour cycle.
What does this mean? It means that as the sun is rising and setting your body is feeling shifts weather that's a spike in your energy or a drop in energy. This process is shown most clearly in graphs showcasing a correlation in cortisol levels ( stress hormones) and our circadian rhythm.
Now, how can we master this circadian rhythm and get back on track.
Before sunrise 4am - 6am : Prayer and Meditation this will help you set your intention for the day and reinstall your why ! Why does your life matter? What do you want to produce in this world and how will it benefit people past your time physically on earth?
Sunrise 6am -7am : Get 5-10 minutes of sunlight it becomes easy to do this when you pair this with a mug of tea and you stand outside with your tea or bottled water with Iodized salt and lime. ( this will also help you get a deeper sleep at night)
Daytime 7am - 10am : First set of work should be completed whatever that looks like for your lifestyle. During this time your melatonin and testosterone secretion is beginning. Anything that takes mental focus or physical activity will come easiest to you at these times.
Daytime 10 am - 12pm: You are the most alert ! This is a time for you to do any creative task and/or problem solving task.
Before Sunset 2pm - 6pm: Socialize and Collaborate! Your body temperature is peaking giving you a boost of energy. Which allows you to show up as your most authentic and full self during these hours.
ALSO REMEMBER : the male body moved on a 24 hour cycle while a females body moves on both a 24 hour cycle and 28 day cycle
