How can consistent exercise change my whole life?
Back in 2015, during my high school days, I always felt inferior to my classmates because of my physique.
And In this email
I am going to show you how you can overcome that embarrassment.
I know it may feel delusional, but believe me—everything feels that way until you start working on it.
During my high school, I had no social circle nor do I had any good connections with anyone
It wasn't because I am an introvert; I just felt embarrassed about my physique
But
that's in the past now; I am confident now and have a bigger social circle than in the past
You can't change your past, but the future is a different story
It's up to you; if you want something, work for it
If you want to change, then stand up, believe in yourself, and work harder
Here are a few tips that helped me get through some rough times
1:-Exercise regularly: Work out often
2:-Eat healthily: Choose nutritious foods
3:-Get enough rest: Sleep well
4:-Set fitness goals: Have clear targets
5:-Stay motivated: Keep yourself inspired
