Hello folks! I have an IMMEDIATE opportunity with a nonprofit to integrate AI into a mobile app used by their doctors. I have many (did I say many? many) years of AI and enterprise software architecture experience, but I'm not a frontend dev. In addition to the app integration work, there are some bugs and non-AI feature enhancements required first to stabilize the app. That will be phase 1 - AI augmentation will be phase 2. I need someone with solid React experience and at least some React Native experience. You do need to be able to help me analyze the current codebase and develop estimates for a proposal. I'm super flexible on the working arrangement. I just stood up my company and am a one-person show. For this engagement at least, I need to be a two-person show 😁 I've reviewed the client's architecture and took a quick pass over the existing React code. I need someone experienced in React ASAP to spend a few hours ASAP with me to review the code against the known bug fixes and app enhancements to do a rough LOE for the Phase 1 scope and then, assuming the client accepts our proposal, work with me throughout the project. I do NOT require a full-time (e.g. 30-40 hours per week) commitment. But the client is super motivated to get it done ASAP, so I'm sure they're good with more hours than less. FWIW, they reached to me, not the other way around and I'm pretty sure that they're not shopping this around. Just to be clear, I need someone who can hit the ground running day 1.
