First 10 members, but...
Has anyone else found you need a minimum critical mass to make the community a vibe.
I managed to get 10 people in on day 1, but engagemnt is embarassingly low.
I think I need a lead magnet, however, without the enough people in the community I'm not sure what to put in there.
I'm be honest. Early optimisim has suffered today.
Tomorrow is a new day.
All advice is welcome.
