I've had a few chats with people on calls lately and a common problem is that people can't find pool space. I want to merely give a suggestion as to what I would do if I didn't have enough pool space anymore. I would be calling every pool that is within a 1hr drive at least once a week until I found a place that I could utilise. When it comes to solving business problems finding the one thing that is limiting your business to grow and then quadruple down on the action that will make that constraint or problem go away. If you don't have any other pools within 1hr of you then my next suggestion would be to install a pool (shipping containers make great pools). If I didn't have enough staff then I would simply be advertising and reaching out to every single person that I possibly could, I'd be engaging recruitment agencies and so forth... (Guess what I have ensure that has been done to allow my swim school to try and hit 2000 this summer... you guessed it exactly that) If you have any problems and would like a suggestion comment on this post! :) P.S.
