I am starting a group on this website and app to allow drivers like myself to help each other and talk about things that only we deal with. I drove truck for 8 years all over the country and doing different jobs. We have to learn how to not only do our jobs but also troubleshoot problems with the weather, industry, equipment, and also the mental and physical aspects of the job. In general, truck drivers are a family and will go out of our way to help each other. For example, we have all been backing into a spot and struggling when, out of nowhere, we are surrounded by two or three guys who are helping us back up safely. Join me in creating a community and courses to help the new drivers get going and safely make it home.
