With 2.5 years of experience in HR and Operations across multiple startups, I've led large teams exceeding 100 people. My focus has been on Supply Chain, Process Improvement, and Growth Strategy projects, contributing to enhanced efficiency and company growth. I'm also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional.
