What Is The Best Supplement For Helping With A Diet?
Ok, so there probably is a few "wrong" answers here. And definitely a couple that are better than the others, but I'm interested to see what you guys think. I didn't put in things that are totally debunked like raspberry ketones.

5 Best Relaxium Alternatives of 2024
Relaxium is one of the most well known natural sleep aids on the market, but it is definitely overhyped and overpriced for what they deliver. A lot of the ingredient dosages in Relaxium are too low to be of any use, meaning you can get better supplements at the same price point or ones that are just as effective for a lot less. 1. Best Overall Relaxium Alternative: RestAgain Price: $24.99 (with bulk buys) Why We Love It: RestAgain tops the list for two simple reasons, first off it’s like Relaxium but uses all of the clinically trialled doses, which in many cases is double what’s in Relaxium Sleep Support. And it’s actually cheaper. RestAgain is at this point the best sleep supplement on the market by a long way. Offering a variety of natural ingredients in high doses, offering multi-faceted support that targets different aspects of sleep quality. It’s designed to help with relaxation, falling asleep, and staying asleep, making it a powerful Relaxium alternative. Key Features: - High-dose melatonin for sleep cycle regulation - Vitamins D, B6, and B12 for enhanced sleep quality - Ashwagandha and 5-HTP for stress reduction and serotonin boost - Magnesium and Calcium for stable sleep cycles - Valerian Root and GABA for calming brain activity 2. Best Relaxium Alternative for Gummies: Angel Sleep Gummies Price: $22.99 Ingredients: These gummies offer Melatonin (5 mg) to support faster sleep onset, Magnesium to help reduce stress and improve sleep quality, L-Theanine for relaxation, and Vitamin B6 to aid serotonin production. Why We Love It: Angel Sleep Gummies are a convenient and tasty option for those who prefer gummies. The simpler blend makes it easy on the stomach, ideal for those sensitive to complex formulas. 3. Best Powder Alternative to Relaxium: Moon Juice Dream Dust Price: $38.00 Ingredients: Dream Dust includes Ashwagandha to reduce stress, Jujube Seed for promoting restful sleep, Chamomile as a natural relaxant, Polygala Root to calm the mind and body, and Schisandra Berry, known for its stress-reducing and sleep-enhancing properties. Why We Love It: Perfect for those who enjoy a relaxing bedtime beverage, Dream Dust targets stress reduction, making it an excellent choice for winding down in the evening.

EstroCare Review: A Science-Backed Solution for Menopause Relief
EstroCare currently sits as my number one pick for menopause supplements. A quick look at the formula puts it far above the competitors, and it's pretty simple as to why. It's got better doses of more ingredients and costs the same as most of the bigger name brands. Not exactly rocket science on this one. They've got ingredients to cover pretty much all menopausal symptoms, providing comprehensive support for hot flashes, mood changes, bone health, and more. Priced at $45 per month when bought in bulk, EstroCare also offers remarkable value compared to similar products. Among the key ingredients, Black Cohosh has been a popular choice for managing menopause symptoms, with studies supporting its effectiveness. A review published in Menopause journal found that Black Cohosh significantly reduced the frequency of hot flashes and other vasomotor symptoms in menopausal women, making it a valuable addition to EstroCare’s formula, including ingredients that have shown promising results in mood and energy improvement for menopausal women. A study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism revealed that DH supplementation improved mood, libido, and general well-being, particularly among those experiencing lower levels of this hormone due to menopause . The fo includes Soy Isoflavones (100mg), another extensively studied ingredient. Research published in Obstetrics & Gynecology demonstrated that soy isoflavones could reduce the frequency and severity of hot flashes, with additional benefits for bone density, providing critical support for women at risk of osteoporosis . Many customerssitive experiences with EstroCare, noting improvements in energy, mood, and sleep quality. These benefits are further supported by probiotics like Bifidobacterium animalis and Lactobacillus gasseri, which, according to studies published in The Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology, support both gut and vaginal health, helping to alleviate some menopause symptoms associated with hormonal changes .

ColonBroom vs. Metamucil: My Honest Experience
Having tried both ColonBroom and Metamucil to support my digestive health, I’ve found that both had its limitations. ColonBroom is a newer product with a pleasant taste and easy daily use, while Metamucil is a classic fiber supplement. This is both are fiber supplements that are OK if you want to increase regularity. However, for a deeper and more natural cleanse or to fight constipation, Slam Dump has become my top choice. The natural laxatives like senna and aloe found in Slam Dump Mega Cleanse actually help me get rid of the blockage and bloating. ColonBroom and Metamucil were not useful in my experience for this purpose. Quick Verdict ● ColonBroom: Great for gentle, everyday digestive support with a fruity taste. Ideal if you’re looking for a mild boost to daily regularity. ● Metamucil: A classic fiber supplement. ● Slam Dump: The best option for colon cleansing and constipation. It offers a full detox, helping restore your gut health. Pros and Cons ColonBroom ● Pros: Easy to drink and helps you with regularity. ● Cons: ColonBroom is more of a fiber supplement than a real colon cleanse. While it’s great for daily digestive support, I’ve found it too mild if I need a reset. It’s effective for regularity, but it lacks the power and additional ingredients necessary for a deep cleanse or relief from constipation. Metamucil ● Pros: Cheaper fiber supplement than ColonBroom ● Cons: The downside of Metamucil is that it can be a bit gritty, especially in powder form, and it requires a lot of water to work effectively. I also sometimes feel bloated if I don’t drink enough water with it. It’s great for fiber supplementation, but it doesn’t have the detoxifying ingredients that would make it a true cleanse, so it feels lacking if I need a more thorough reset. Why Slam Dump is a Better Alternative Slam Dump stands out as a more comprehensive solution for a natural cleanse. Unlike ColonBroom and Metamucil, Slam Dump uses higher doses of effective ingredients like psyllium husk, cascara sagrada, and senna leaf, creating a powerful yet balanced cleanse. It’s not only more potent but also includes soothing herbs like aloe vera and licorice root to make the experience gentler on my stomach.

Better and Cheaper Nutrafol Alternatives
When looking for effective hair growth supplements, Nutrafol is often a go-to choice due to its well-rounded blend of vitamins, minerals, and botanical extracts aimed at supporting hair health. But, it’s not exactly cheap, and there are other brands that offer you the same great ingredients, in as good or better doses in some cases. And a few of them offer far more comprehensive hair growth systems. For example, the two best options—Mengine GrowMore for men and Toxique Hair Support for women—offer similar functional ingredients at nearly half the price, but they also have some of the best DHT blocking shampoos and topical solutions for improving hair growth and fighting back against thinning hair. Making these Nutrafol alternatives, more cost effective and arguably far superior. Mengine GrowMore: Best Nutrafol Alterative for Men Mengine GrowMore has been formulated to include the essential ingredients found in Nutrafol, with a focus on men's unique hair needs. It contains a robust mix of vitamins and minerals that mirror Nutrafol’s formula but at a fraction of the cost. It hits all the heavy hitters that you’d want in a men’s hair supplement saw palmetto, which reduces the DHT responsible for male pattern baldness, all the vitamins and minerals you’d need, dosed appropriately for men (yes men and women have very different needs in this regard). But, you can actually get their full system of topicals with GrowMore and it will still cost less than Nutrafol! They have topical and shampoo, again with natural DHT blockers and circulation improvers that are standardized for the compounds that do this. Which most of their competitors do not. - Comprehensive Vitamin Blend: Just like Nutrafol, Mengine GrowMore features a high concentration of B vitamins—particularly Biotin (5,000 mcg) and Vitamin B6 (8 mg)—that are crucial for strengthening hair structure and promoting keratin production. Biotin deficiency is often linked to hair thinning, and this formula ensures an ample dose to counteract that risk. - Folate and Iron: Nutrafol emphasizes the importance of Folate and Iron for cellular regeneration and oxygen transport, two factors essential for strong hair growth. Mengine GrowMore delivers 1,467 mcg of Folate and 14.5 mg of Iron, comparable to Nutrafol’s formulation, ensuring the hair follicles receive adequate oxygen and nutrients. - Vitamin D and Zinc: Hair loss has been associated with deficiencies in Vitamin D and Zinc. Mengine GrowMore includes 20 mcg of Vitamin D and 7 mg of Zinc per serving, which help address these deficiencies by supporting the immune system and regulating hormones that impact hair growth. Nutrafol also includes these nutrients, but Mengine GrowMore provides them at a lower cost per dose. - Natural Extracts and DHT Blockers: For men, combating hair loss means addressing DHT (dihydrotestosterone), a hormone linked to male-pattern baldness. Mengine GrowMore’s Proprietary Blend (359 mg) includes Saw Palmetto and Horsetail Extract—botanicals recognized for their DHT-blocking properties and anti-inflammatory effects, which help support a healthy scalp environment. These ingredients are also found in Nutrafol, but with Mengine GrowMore, you get a similar blend without the premium price.
