It unveils the principle that ordinary skills in technical business management, on their own, can never make a business successful; instead, he shows how solid systems and methods do so. His insights guide the reader on how to transform your business into a scalable, efficient operation, which makes this a must-read for anyone who is dead serious about sustainable growth.
