Quarterly evaluations
Attached is a photo of my staff managers calendar for our quarterly evaluations this week. It’s full throttle. I’ve already received amazing information back from my team: One caregiver suggested outsourcing schedulers and I’ve already been in contact with a company. Another caregiver requested we start sending out alerts for shifts with cross streets and a mini bio or detail for better responses on picking up schedules. If you haven’t done so already, I highly recommend you to implement quarterly evaluations. It’s a gold mine of valuable information. Edit: this isn’t even half my team.

Placement Agents
Can we know a little more about placement agents and how to go about finding one? Also, can someone explain the basics when it comes to placement agents?

Strategies for Managing Last-Minute Caregiver Cancellations
I have a question regarding last-minute cancellations by caregivers. If a caregiver cancels a scheduled care visit that was booked weeks in advance, what steps can we take to prevent this situation? Additionally, if we can’t find a backup caregiver, how should we best support the patient or client in this scenario? Thank you for your insights!
