30 Caregivers in 30 days
Ambitious? Crazy? Intense? Yes and I love it. Just by the end of this week alone I will have interviewed and met with 13 caregivers. I have already hired, onboarded and put on shift 3 within the last 24 hours.
Last week I met with 9 and only hired 3. The others I let down respectfully. I have posted on Next Door, FB, Instagram and TikTok.
What is your plan on hiring? How will you vet them? What is your interview process?
My original one was finding people who had a pulse and can breath on their own and boy did I learn my lesson QUIK.
Underdeveloped, unmotivated employees will cost you more than just stress. TRUST ME.
