Ambitious? Crazy? Intense? Yes and I love it. Just by the end of this week alone I will have interviewed and met with 13 caregivers. I have already hired, onboarded and put on shift 3 within the last 24 hours.

My original one was finding people who had a pulse and can breath on their own and boy did I learn my lesson QUIK.
Underdeveloped, unmotivated employees will cost you more than just stress. TRUST ME.
