But how do you secure that promotion that will get you to the next level? How do you get more sales at your business? How can you take what you do to the next level? I can tell you the way I am doing it. Simply put, by GETTING BETTER! For me that means expanding my knowledge-base, adding more “tools to the toolbox”. Specifically, I am studying for a new certification in Tactical Strength and Conditioning to make myself more competitive for future promotions. What ways can you get better? Is it a new certification, getting a real-estate license, or attending a master-mind meeting? I think the main thing is to have an attitude of growth and to “attract success”.
