Saludos y Buenos Dias; I am delighted to be part of this community, and thank you for welcoming me. I was born in Puerto Rico in 1939 and raised in NYC since I was eight. My wife and I share eight children, different marriages, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. I have been an entrepreneur in the South Bronx, NYC. Iona University graduate with a BBA and a major in finance. Built and renovated multi-family affordable housing and developed a 40 million dollar property in Battery Park, NYC. I was ordained as a Zen Buddhist teacher by my core teacher, Roshi Bernie Glassman. We will build an SKOOL community where " doing good and doing well "will guide us to find happiness, joy, laughter, love, compassion, and freedom for ourselves and others. How?
