Hi, I am Thea and honored to have your presence. Let me tell you a little about my credentials. I am Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy and E.F.T. I am certified in Hypnotherapy, and Spiritual Counseling, plus have a Bachelors in Metaphysical Science.

I started Heart & Harmony to support and empower women through a holistic approach- mind, body and spirit. Here, you’ll find a variety of resources designed to help you discover your gifts and power. From guided meditations and group healing sessions to insights on holistic nutrition and releasing limiting beliefs.
