Insecurity comes from a lack of acceptance and self-judgment that keeps shame active inside the body. what if you owned your perceived "flaw?" there is someone out there who is confident with whatever insecurity you have, which means that reframing and acceptance can radically change how you feel about yourself. what is a reframe to a current insecurity you have and can you accept it?
