Hey guys. Since I joined this group yesterday, I have been thinking of how to pick the subject of the community I want to build on Skool, and I want us all to take this as an opportunity to establish ourselves on this new platform before it becomes more popular. One action plan I just got from Skool Masterclass webinar is to look for your competitors and study what they are doing. For example, as I want to start a community about AI Automation, I need to go on Google, YouTube, and Skool Discovery to find communities in that niche and study them. It's better to study what is already working and improve on it. What do you guys think? @Olasunkanmi Ojo @Bright Brooks
